Justin Wyatt was born and raised in East Idaho and grew up farming and working the potato and grain fields, where he learned the value of hard work and developed a desire for a good education. He also spent several years in Montana, at the gates of Yellowstone National Park, pursuing some of his many outdoor passions.
Justin received his Bachelor’s Degree from Brigham Young University – Idaho, where he studied Business Management and Marketing. Justin further studied law at Arizona State University’s prestigious Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law, where he excelled. Notably, Justin was one of only a handful of classmates that successfully prepared for and passed the difficult Arizona Bar Examination before graduating from law school, while still a full-time law student. After law school, Justin worked as a civil litigator, successfully litigating many different complex claims and disputes, before focusing on an injury practice. In January of 2018, Justin formed Wyatt Injury Law, PLLC, which practices exclusively Plaintiff’s injury law.
Justin is admitted to practice in all Arizona State courts, including the Arizona Supreme Court, the U.S. District Court of Arizona, the 6th Circuit Court of Appeals, and the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals. Justin has been awarded several commendations and accolades, including The National Trial Lawyer’s Top 40 under 40 for several years running.

He consistently gets significant results and works hard for his clients.
As someone who has been involved in a severe collision, Justin understands first-hand the complexities of the process of bringing a claim, getting appropriate medical treatment, assembling the necessary documentation to present to the insurance company, evaluating a case, and negotiating to obtain the best possible result. Whether your case is a multi-million-dollar case or a fender bender, if you’ve been injured, Justin wants to help you recover from your injuries and obtain the most compensation possible for your claim.
When he’s not working, Justin is with his beautiful wife and their three rambunctious boys. They enjoy the great outdoors, sports, barbecuing, swimming, and being together.
